Client Legal Agreement – Effective Date: 12 June 2025
Consent and Ownership Declaration The Client affirms that the photo, name, and age submitted belong solely to them. Submitting third-party data without consent is prohibited and may violate laws.
Authorization to Perform Search The Client authorizes PERSONAALERT.com to conduct a one-time, manual search of specific online groups—including private Facebook groups—for appearances of the Client’s information.
Scope of Results If results are found, PERSONAALERT.com may provide:
Screenshots or visual evidence
Contextual references
A link to the post (if available) PERSONAALERT.com does not verify or interpret third-party content.
Use Restrictions Client agrees not to:
Harass or retaliate against any party mentioned in the results
Republish or redistribute materials without written consent
Use the content in legal proceedings without independent verification
Right to Refuse Service PERSONAALERT.com may cancel or reject requests that appear unethical, abusive, or legally risky.
Refund Policy All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if PERSONAALERT.com fails to deliver the service.
Data Handling and Retention Data collected (photo, name, age, email) and IP (via Stripe/PayPal) is stored securely for up to 30 days, then deleted unless required for compliance.
Limitation of Liability PERSONAALERT.com is not liable for any consequences resulting from the Client’s interpretation or use of third-party content.
Indemnification Client indemnifies PERSONAALERT.com against claims resulting from misuse, false submissions, or violation of laws.
Jurisdiction This Agreement is governed by Wyoming law. Disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts.
Final Acknowledgment By checking the box, the Client confirms full understanding and acceptance of this Agreement.
