Data Deletion Policy

Effective Date: 12 June 2025

1. Right to Request Deletion
   You may request deletion of:

• Uploaded image
• Name, age, and email
• Search metadata

2. How to Request
   Email legal@personaalert.com with:

• Name
• Email used
• Date of service

3. Exceptions
   We may retain data for:

• Completed transactions
• Fraud or dispute resolution
• Legal compliance

4. Deletion Process
   Once verified, eligible data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

5. Third-Party Limitations
We cannot delete data from Stripe, PayPal, or external platforms.
